And an even bigger thumbs up to cuddling on the couch while its raining cats and dogs outsides! Flooding them is actually more like it.
Thumbs up to our new cloth diapers. Today was our first day trying them out and so far so good. Of course, the Thirsties diaper cover sure does help (see orange?). So cute. And note Peapod throwing out the peace sign. She liked the orange Thirsties too.

Thumbs down to gas. Baby gas causes baby screams. Thumbs down to both of those actually.
Thumbs down to dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep even though Mom had the baby most of the night last night. I think the last three nights before of me handling the baby by myself all night might have caught up to me. Maybe tonight will be better.

Aww! I love her in her new cloth diapers. Maybe that's because I'm biased just a bit as Thirsties are what we use in our household too. They have worked great since we started her on them. Maybe one day our babies can get together in their totally rockin' orange diapers. :) Oh and speaking of rockin', I have to throw out that Rockin' Green laundry soap for cloth diapers is a-mazing at getting any future stink out of the diapers. And it smells wonderful too. Ok that's it for now. Happy 2 weeks Cheyanne!

ReplyDeleteWe use Thirsties too! Let us know if you need any tips. :) The lack of sleep will get better sooner than you realize--hang in there. Cheyanne is too cute. Baby girls are the best!
