I'm thankful for…
the memories that my daughter is creating with her GREAT-grandparents while we visit family.
Being back in Virginia makes me thankful that I'm blessed enough to still have 3 of my 4 grandparents all within a 3 mile radius of the home I grew up in. Cheyanne has all of her grandparents and 5 of 8 great-grandparents which is such an amazing thing to be thankful for.
Since being here, we have been able to spend each afternoon with our Mamaw and Papaw who live right up the hill (literally) and tonight we spent time with GG (my grandmother that has since been renamed "GG" Great-Grandmother per her request).
Cheyanne has loved all the extra attention from her great grandparents and I have loved sitting back and just watching the joy that my family has in each other.
I am truly thankful for great-grandparents.
